Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("AdmitScale," "we," "us," or "our") applies to all purchases of AdmitScale Blueprint and any related digital products sold at https://admitscale.com.

All sales are final

Because AdmitScale Blueprint is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase — including your personalized college list, admit context, net-cost estimates, scholarship signals, and strengthening plan — all sales are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You are buying a digital good with immediate delivery
• You are waiving any right of withdrawal or refund once the product is delivered
• The product is provided "as-is" based on the information you submit during your assessment

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following limited circumstances:

1. Technical failure on our side. If a system error prevents you from receiving your AdmitScale Blueprint and we are unable to deliver it within 72 hours of your purchase, you may request a full refund.
2. Duplicate purchase. If you accidentally purchased AdmitScale Blueprint twice for the same student profile, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
3. Unauthorized charge. If your card was charged without your authorization, contact us immediately and we will work with you and your card issuer to resolve the matter.

How to request a refund (if eligible)

Email us at counselor@admitscale.com within 30 days of your purchase with:

• The email address used to purchase
• The date of purchase
• A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue may delay your refund and may result in suspension of your AdmitScale account. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we want to make things right.
